Top Down Concrete Column Formwork

Top Down construction is a process whereby the piers are formed fist to a suitable depth; the concrete slab is formed on the ground; the soil is subsequently excavated directly below the recently formed slab to the required depth, and the process is repeated again with another slab being formed under the first. This process can then be repeated with further levels being created by the same method.

The Yellow Formliner Product can be installed to improve the surface finish of the underside of the poured slab.
